It requires many days to manufacture by hand having a beautiful, long curled leaf and is a dark oolong being oxidised around 70%. It is grown high on the fertile slopes of Mount Dung Ding, situated towards the north-west of Taiwan (Formosa). Light, delicate and sweetly floral it has an elegance that will make this famous oolong a firm favourite. Use a heaped teaspoon of around 3 grams per cup and infuse for five minutes with freshly boiled water that has come off the boil.
