This, one of China's famous (Tribute) teas, is grown high in the mists of the picturesque sub-tropical Tian Mu mountain where the tea is picked for only two weeks each spring. Delicately twisted, its long, fine green leaves produce a rich aroma and a light, sweetish and smooth taste. The cup is pale gold. Use one teaspoon per cup with freshly boiled water that has cooled to around 80 C. and infuse for three minutes.
\r
Lovely "I love this tea, has a really nice after taste, my new favourite."
\rTian Mu Quing Ding is light, summery "It has a hint of delicate sweetness. Tian Mu Quing is highly prized, due to the fact that it is only picked for two weeks every year. My workmates laugh at the name, but the delicate yet confident flavour is truly special. My very favourite green tea.
