Aged tea
Aged tea such as Pu-erh has complex characteristics, being earthy and deeply aromatic. These interesting teas have a keen following amongst its enthusiasts. Aged in terracotta pots to allow breathing these teas are smooth and have less caffeine than black teas as this dissipates over time - about 70% less for a ten year old tea.
