Refund policy

You may cancel an order that has not been despatched by replying to your order confirmation email or by telephoning us. Your card or account will then be repaid within 14 days of cancellation. Should you not be happy with your purchase you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. These should be returned within 14 days of this cancellation. We will reimburse your card or account within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.  Alternatively, you may choose different teas. In the unlikely event of wrong despatch or faulty goods we will reimburse any postage costs incurred in returning the goods to us. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
