Good Afternoon tea blend: comprises China and Indian teas.
These consituent teas are used to give a light, fragrant afternoon tea blend with a little smokiness. Very moreish, it can be drunk with or without milk. Use one teaspoon per cup and one for the pot. Infuse with freshly boiling water for four minutes. "I really enjoy this tea, perfect for a calm afternoon."

Which size to choose
- There are several packing options: 60grams, 125grams and 250grams - the standard being of 125 grams in a packet.
- You can select packets or a tin caddy with hinged lid which can be selected from the drop-down options.
- Our silver-coloured packets are a triple laminate of paper, foil and cellophane, specifically designed for tea.
How to look after this tea
- Store the tea with care: ensure it is stored air-tight, away from heat, light, moisture and strong aromas.
- Our standard best-before is one year.

Made with honey they are pleasant teas.Service: Not what I expected. I’ve been trying to find a tea that tastes like it used to – with flavour. Unfortunately, the two teas that I tried from Greys did not really hit the right note.Vendor response: I am sorry that you did not enjoy this tea. Perhaps it was made insufficiently strong. We find this is a popular tea which generally receives good reviews.

This is a really lovely tea – I usually drink a mix which includes Assam, Ceylon and Darjeeling (or tea grown in England added to the mix). I don’t like lapsang souchong usually. I was going to wait until I’d tried the teas I bought from grey’s for a while before deciding whether to review, but with this one there is no need to wait. Absolutely lovely, delicate, balanced, smokey, distinctive. A real pleasure. Somehow it is the delicate refined note that lingers.

5 star tea. Wonderful smokey aroma on opening the tin, which carried through to the pot when brewed. Really enjoyable and distinctive tea blend, but after trying the first infusion at 4 minutes, I now prefer to infuse for just 3 minutes, for a slightly lighter and gentler taste, which is great for an afternoon tea.
