Yunnan Green FOP. A less well known, green, version of the distinctive Yunnan from South West China. It has a natural, full bodied character and a rich, delicate flavour. It has an unmistakable aroma. The pale green leaf is carefully twisted.
Chun Mee Moon Palace. This is a green tea, also known as Precious Eyebrow, from the Anhui province and is greatly superior to Gunpowder. It has a good size green-grey twisted leaf with a fresh muscatel aroma. Moon Palace produces a light, fragrant and delicate cup with a little fullness and amber appearance.
Darjeeling Green tea organic. This Darjeeling Green tea organic is a fresh tea with an equally fresh aroma and noticeable tip. In the cup Risheehat Green is aromatic, complexly foresty with Darjeeling muscatel character. It has well balanced astringency.
Japanese Sencha Fukujyu. Sencha is one of Japan's most popular teas - and one of ours too! It has a mild flavour and is rich in vitamin C. Fukujyu is a superior grade of this tea. All the other natural compounds present also remain in this extremely healthy tea which is grown in the shade prior to picking. This makes the tea low in tannin and therefore very smooth. In Japan the tea buds begin growing in April and this tea is picked early, whilst other teas are picked nearer maturity in July. Immediately after they are plucked they are steamed, rolled and then fired until they resemble green needles. They make a splendid tea with a mixture of subtle sweetness with a fresh grassy aroma. Slightly cool the boiled water before making tea with Sencha.
