Lemon and Ginger loose tea is a classic combination of black tea with lemon and ginger pieces. A perfectly balanced infusion of fresh tasting zesty lemon and spicy, aromatic ginger that can be drunk with the addition of a little honey. Use one teaspoon per cup plus one for the pot. Infuse for three to four minutes.
