This is a lovely, tippy Assam Second flush with a most attractive, slightly liquorice note. It is a malty, well-rounded, yet elegant tea having plenty of tip evident. A real treat. Infuse for five minutes. Drink with milk. The review on the Sorori Tea Sisters blog is as follows:

    I think this is the best Assam I’ve tried. The liquorice and cocoa flavours mentioned in the description are accurate as is the strong malty taste. I’ve enjoyed this tea very much and will purchase again.
