  1. Steve Tooby

Product: took advantage of what looks like a misprice givaway value for a nice tin of green tea
Service: good choice good value and great service.

  2. Helen Pohl

    Service: Always great, no complaints.

  3. Derek Sutton

Product: Great flavour, good to have Assam tea that is lower in tannins so can be enjoyed without milk
Service: Good choice of teas, reasonable prices, delivery and packaging is good and kept informed with order confirmation and when teas are in post.

  4. Cd Henderson (verified owner)

Product: This is my all-time favorite tea. It always makes a perfect cup, goes fine with skim milk and fake sugar. It also has allowed me to hook new tea drinkers, everybody loves it.
Service: The tea is always as described, it gets shipped quickly, and the web site is easy to use.

  5. Stephen Chesterfield (verified owner)

Service: Used for several years now – always happy

  6. Paul Driver

Product: The tea is not a type of Assam that I prefer. It does not have the maltyness that I was hoping for from the website description.
Service: Website is easy use and the product arrived very quickly
Vendor response: I would suggest the Second Flush Assams or even a mid-season if you want pronounced maltiness.

    Richard Grey

  7. Cd Henderson (verified owner)

Product: This is the world’s best tea, ever! Grey’s is the only place selling it the last couple of years, but the price is still not bad.
Service: I ordered on 17 Feb 2015, it was shipped the same day, package arrived in midwest U.S. 3 March 2015, via International Datapost. Received exactly what was ordered.

  8. Luce Gilmore

Product: Unique. Green but its own character. Interesting colour.
Service: Delivery was prompt & arrived when they said it would. Product sucurely packaged. I love the triple-layer packet.

  9. Cd Henderson (verified owner)

Product: I think this is the world’s best tea, just love the flavor, I wish it was available here in the US, but as long as Grey’s stocks it, I’ll keep buying from them. This can handle an extra-long steeping (oops, forgot I was making a cup), takes skim milk and fake sugar and makes everything come out just yummy. Seems expensive (even without the shipping cost), but well worth it for the wonderful taste.
Service: Always quick shipment, arrives faster than expected (UK to USA); just wish the packaging was a box instead of an envelope, but would probably increase the shipping cost

  10. Leslie Holmes (verified owner)

Service: I have been using Grey’s Teas for five years now. I find both their tea selection and the service excellent and recommend it unreservedly.

  11. Katherine Park (verified owner)

Service: The tea did not arrive on time despite paying for first class post
Vendor response: I am sorry that you were disappointed with our service. Your order was dispatched within two days by 1st Class Post. Post can however be slower than normal at this peak Christmas time.

  12. Cd Henderson (verified owner)

Product: This is the perfect tea. I love this estate, I drink this all day long, and contrary to the packaging information, it goes beautifully with milk. Kind of expensive compared to some other Assams, but more than worth it.
Service: Shipped from the U.K. to U.S.A, arrived quickly, although I wish the teas could be shipped in a box; I don’t trust my postal service not to crush the tea in transit. I would be willing to pay a bit more for shipping to be sure the tea would be safe.

  13. Rick Gibson (verified owner)

Classic Assam. If brewed correctly (min. 4 mins), you’ll find this malty, deeply flavoured but not too heavy. Quite a fine flavour, not particularly flowery yet very satisfying. It can’t be overbrewed either (e.g. go over 5 mins in the pot and it doesn’t get bitter and astringent), which for me is always a sign of the finest single estate Assams (of which Grey’s have more than anyone else available for online purchase). Thanks Grey’s, top pick.

  14. Philip Gurney (verified owner)

Service: It all arrived speedily, well packed and tastes good.
