Service: But I wish they would stop bombarding me with emails, offers, surveys etc. When I run out and want more tea, I will order it………but you could turn me away with all this rubbish!
Vendor response: I am sorry you feel we are bombarding you with emails. Customers receive two emails per month if you have elected to have them. Feefo send an automated survey email a few days after shipping if you have purchased. We send no other emails. I hope this puts things in perspective.

    A revelation!

  3. Michael Parkin (verified owner)

    Product: outstanding
    Service: excellent service

  4. Rupert Knowles (verified owner)

Product: Delicious and interesting, but a bit expensive
Service: The company provides a very efficient service and fills a gap in the market: it is very difficult to buy interesting loose-leaf teas in supermarkets.
Also the company has not been tempted to follow the current fad for flavoured teas, apart from traditional jasmine and bergamot.

  5. Peter Leggett

Service: I received the teas, post free, two days after ordering online – excellent service.

  6. Michael Parkin (verified owner)

Stunning tea with a mild and courteous aftertaste. Reminds me of fresh mornings on a Chinese mountainside.

Keemun Hao Ya A: This is correct, a really good representation of Keemun. Biscuit, malt, a hint of chocolate and robust enough to take a range of brewing methods (time and quantity) yet still deliver a satisfying range of flavours without being weak or astringent. Shame that Greys don’t provide more provenance info for all their teas, harvest date etc.

We do try to provide harvest date where this information is available. More general information is provided on the relevant tea category page.
